Getting to Brisbane

Getting to Brisbane – by plane
Brisbane International Airport (BNE) is serviced by direct flights from major international hubs including Los Angeles, Dubai, and Hong Kong. There are also regular domestic flights from Sydney International Airport. The airport is located a short train or taxi ride away from the Brisbane city centre.

Getting to The University of Queensland – Bus/Ferry
The University of Queensland St Lucia campus is located a small distance south of the Brisbane CBD and well serviced my many bus and ferry routes. The translink journey planner is a useful tool for planning public transport: http://jp.translink.com.au/

Getting to The University of Queensland – Bicycle
The University of Queensland St Lucia campus is connected to several semi-major cycling routes, and the warm weather in Brisbane makes cycling an enjoyable form of transport. The University of Queensland website has information on cycling routes and the Brisbane City Cycle Hire scheme provides an option for those wishing to find there way to campus via any of these routes.
